Before you write to us
What we are, and what we are not.
Partner search wastes a lot of everyone's time because organisations describe themselves in terms that fit any call. Here is the short, accurate version — so you can rule us out in thirty seconds if we are not what your consortium needs.
What you get
A working partner, not a logo on a form.
- Real learners to test with. We run level 4 qualification courses and short certified units continuously. Whatever the project produces, it can be piloted with people who actually need it.
- Administration that survives an audit. We deliver ESF+ co-funded training under Portugal 2030 (PESSOAS 2030 and COMPETE 2030), with the reporting, evidence and inspection that comes with it.
- A small team you can reach. Two coordinators. The people you meet at the kick-off are the people who do the work.
- A distribution network. Sector associations, adult guidance centres and the employers who host our learners — a real route for dissemination in Portugal, not a mailing list.
Where we are honest
This would be our first Erasmus+ project.
- No Erasmus+ track record yet. We have delivered European Social Fund projects for years, but not Erasmus+. If your call scores partner experience in the programme, we will weaken your application — tell us and we will say so too.
- We are not applying to coordinate. We want to be a partner, contribute work packages and deliver them. Coordination is not what we are offering.
- We stay inside our certified fields. A Portuguese training provider may only certify training in the areas it is approved for. We will not claim expertise outside the five listed below.
- We are a small organisation. We would rather be genuinely useful in one or two partnerships than be named in ten.
What we bring
The work packages we can actually carry.
What follows is what we can commit to and be held to, given the way we work and the size we are.
01
Piloting and testing
Trying outputs with real groups — adult learners in level 4 courses, and workers taking short certified units inside companies. We can give you evaluation data from people who are not volunteers recruited for the pilot.
02
Adaptation to the Portuguese context
Mapping a curriculum or a competence framework onto the Portuguese National Qualifications Catalogue, so that an output produced abroad can actually be delivered and certified here. This is usually harder than translation, and it is where partnerships tend to stall.
03
Digital delivery and testing
We run our own Moodle virtual learning environment and teach in blended and distance mode as standard, not as an experiment. Digital outputs can be hosted, delivered and evaluated with real cohorts.
04
Dissemination in Portugal
Through sector associations, adult guidance centres and the employers that host our work-based learning. Reaching small and medium companies, which is where most dissemination plans quietly fail.
05
Quality assurance and reporting
Certified provider procedures, learner records and technical-pedagogical documentation are already an obligation for us under national law. Project reporting is the same discipline applied to a different form.
06
Multiplier events
Hosting in Porto. We have the venue, the network and the practice of running sessions for employers and training professionals.
Our fields
Five areas, and we stay inside them.
In Portugal a training provider is certified for specific fields of education and training, coded under the national CNAEF classification. Ours are the five below. It is a real constraint, and we would rather show it up front than discover it at the drafting stage.
CNAEF 341
Commerce and customer contact
Retail and wholesale, sales, customer service, logistics and stock, e-commerce. In the Portuguese classification this field also carries food safety and HACCP.
CNAEF 345
Management and administration
Business administration, quality management systems, auditing, metrology, process management and continuous improvement. We run a full level 4 qualification as Quality Technician.
CNAEF 347
Work organisation
Teamwork, leadership of small teams, communication at work, organisational behaviour and productivity — the transversal competences that most VET projects need somewhere in the mix.
CNAEF 729
Health care support
Health care assistants for hospitals, clinics, residential care and home care: infection prevention and control, patient mobilisation, basic needs, geriatric and end-of-life support. A full level 4 qualification, plus first aid and basic life support.
CNAEF 862
Occupational safety and health
Workplace risk prevention, safety at work, ergonomics and safety culture in small and medium companies.
Why this matters for a proposal. Anything we sign up to deliver has to sit inside these five fields, because that is what our national certification covers and what allows the training to be certified and recorded for the learner. If your project sits next to them rather than inside them, write anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can carry the work package or whether you need someone else.

Our PIC (Participant Identification Code) is 862210885. We do not have an Erasmus+ OID yet — we are registering on the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform. If you need it to add us to a proposal, ask and we will send it as soon as it is issued.
